Terms of Service
These draft MVP terms describe the authority needed to test Creator Protection. They must be reviewed by a qualified solicitor before the service accepts paying customers.
Your instructions and authority
You instruct Creator Protection to monitor public search results for material associated with the identities you provide. You confirm that you own or control the relevant rights and appoint Creator Protection as your authorised agent to prepare and submit qualifying removal and search de-indexing requests on your behalf.
Accurate information
You must provide accurate identities, official URLs and ownership information. You must not ask us to target lawful, licensed, official or unrelated material.
No guaranteed outcome
Platforms, hosts and search engines make their own decisions. We cannot guarantee that any result will be removed or de-indexed.
Ending authority
You may revoke your authority by contacting us. Revocation stops new enforcement activity but does not reverse notices already submitted.
